He must have special powers!
He feels the leanings of your heart;
He works for endless hours. 

Imagine the worst scenario -
You'll never see him shirk;
He'll hang in there, he'll see it through;
Somehow, he'll make it work! 

Through a chain of three contingent sales
At a time when sales are down,
He cheered me up - and sold my home
Without so much as a frown. 

He found me just the place I like
Because of all he gave!
It really feels like Home Sweet Home
And I owe it all to Dave!

We cannot thank you enough for all the many acts of kindness and sacrifices you have made to get this deal to work. Having you there to help my aunt through this difficult process was like having a loving family member there right beside her.  I don't have the words to express how truly thankful my family is for all you have done.
